With an amazing history taking us from the Horse and Carriage days through World War 2, with its connections to Coastdal Defence and RAF Aerial Defences that hosted all the aircraft including the historical Spitfire and Hurricanes, which during the war were based at RAF St Mawgan then, to the historical jets of the Cold War of the 60's, 70's and 80's right through to the up to date with the recent Star Port with Virgin Galactic. We can introduce our guests to some of the best Surfing and Walking right on our doorstep, our Dog friendly Bar and Restaurant allows our guests to bring along their furry friends to enjoy a break from the norm. Tucked into the hills overlooking the ocean and cliffs in Cornwalls stunning Trevarrian Village, Mawgan Porth,  we are literally minuets from Newquay Airport, where guests are able to fly direct into Newquay (St Mawgan) Airport, from around the country including Belfast, Dublin and Isle Of Man to stay in one of our 5* Glamping Pods, or why not try our traditional Shepherds Hut, along with the absolutely Spectacular Views with both Day and Night that often offers a carpet of stars visible near the ocean which are simply stunning, then enjoying a Quiet, and Peaceful Rest, Our guests can relax with the sounds of the ocean gently lapping against the beach nearby and allow the trials and stresses of the week, month and year simply melt away, coupled with the best food created from our locally sourced meats, fish and fresh in season veg. All our menus are designed and created by our chefs to bring the best out in our local seasonal produce. We now can also offer private rooms for family room away from the main restaurant or also available corporate meetings and presentations. We have the support of Cornwalls largest Local Brewery (St. Austell Brewery) who provide all the latest and well loved beers, including wines, spirits that also includs a few that are only Cornish Brewed. We can also offer you the Traditional Hand Made Cornish Pasty to fulfil that Cornish Experience.
